What's included in the hire?

All hires include delivery, full setup, and collection within our service area. Your bouncy castle will be fully inflated, secured, and ready to use before your event begins.

How much space do I need?

Our 11x15ft castle requires a flat, clear area of around 14x18ft to allow for safe setup, anchoring, and access. Please ensure the area is free from obstacles such as garden furniture, toys, low branches, or overhanging cables.

Is the bouncy castle safe?

Yes — safety is our top priority.

  • All castles meet UK safety standards
  • Regularly cleaned and inspected
  • Secured using ground stakes and/or sandbags
  • Operated in line with official wind‑speed and weather guidelines
What happens if it rains or is too windy?

Light rain is usually fine — our castles have a roof cover. However, strong winds or unsafe weather conditions mean we must cancel, as UK safety rules do not allow inflatables to operate above certain wind speeds. We monitor the weather closely and will contact you if conditions are unsafe.

Safety on the Day

When we arrive, a team member will:

  • Walk you through all safety steps
  • Explain supervision and safe‑use rules
  • Make sure you feel fully prepared before we leave

Your peace of mind matters — we never leave until you're confident.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change.

  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking date
  • This is because your slot has been reserved and cannot be rebooked at short notice

How do I book?

You can book directly online using our calendar:

  • Choose Half Day, Full Day, or Weekend Hire
  • Pick your date
  • Complete payment using the secure payment link

Once payment is made:

  • Your date is instantly reserved
  • You'll receive a booking confirmation email
  • We will call you to confirm all details, including delivery time and safety information
